Message from CaringBridge CEO about Coronavirus
People using CaringBridge already have a lot on their minds—as you know first-hand. Adding into the mix the anxiety and uncertainty of a global pandemic … it’s a lot for anyone to handle.
So I’m sharing this note as a mom, caregiver to my father and the CEO of CaringBridge.
I want to remind you of the CaringBridge Vision: No one should go through a health journey alone. This applies to patients, caregivers, family, friends and everyone facing the what-ifs of coronavirus.
If you’re following a CaringBridge Journal, now is a great time to leave a Comment or to show support by clicking the heart icon. A little extra love goes a long way right now.
Also, if you know someone needing the support that comes through CaringBridge, please tell them about it.
I also wanted to make sure you know that the CaringBridge team here in Eagan, MN—all 44 of us—remains on duty. Because we’re a digital nonprofit, we are able to work remotely. That includes our Customer Care team, so if you need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out.
In these days of added stress, I wish the best for you. And I thank you for all you do in making CaringBridge available for everyone who needs it.
