CaringBridge Launches Spring Giving Campaign
Eagan, Minn. (March 14, 2022) – CaringBridge is launching a spring giving campaign between March 15 through March 31 where CaringBridge donors can help continue spreading hope, healing and connection through a financial gift.
The campaign includes a generous matching gift donated by an anonymous friend of CaringBridge. Donations received on March 15 and 16 will be matched up to $10,000. Donations received at the end of the appeal on March 30 and 31 will also be matched up to $10,000.
While enduring a health challenge, patients and caregivers need to be supported. Families appreciate the ability to quickly reach out to loved ones and accept donations, such as the family of 9-year-old Priya Janae Smith of Burnsville, MN. Priya’s family set up her free CaringBridge site in 2012, where she has received support from people ranging from family and church acquaintances to people they’ve never met. Priya, who has experienced four heart surgeries and a stroke, is now known as “Princess Warrior” on her CaringBridge website.
