Hi Cassidy,
I talked to your mom a little over a year ago.....my daughter Madeline had the same back surgery in December of 2005. She has had three expansions since, the most recent at the end of March. I check up on you from time to time and thought I better say "hi" one of these times. Let me just say that I am way jealous that you got to meet Rascal Flatts! I am a big country fan! I am glad that you are doing well after your last expansion. Feel free to check out Maddie's site at www.caringbridge.org/visit/madelinek. Take care!

Hey everyone!
Good to finally find some type of feels-like-home world out there... We thought (by we I mean Jaime-Daddy, Nel-Mom, Sofia-the big sis & Victoria-little cutie) were the very only ones "hit" by CDPX2, can you believe that?
Yet we wonder if you'd like (not mind, how about that?) to get in touch, since you all seem to be lal done with the first year awhile ago, and little Victoria (diagnosed prenat) is on her way to hers next Oct...
Hoping to hearing from you, whoever you are!!!

Shannon, first off great web site! I have a daughter (1 month old) who is being tested for CH Syndrome. She is having some breathing difficulties right now (among other things) and is still in the NICU. Did your daughter ever have any breathing difficulties? You mentioned that she has a pulmonologist. Any info would be great. Susq22@yahoo.com Thanks for your time :) Susie Nix

Shannon--

Lisa Judd here, we met last year in the ICU. Just wanted to check out Cassidy's webpage (finally) and say hey! And thank you for all the support and encouragement you gave my family last year in the ICU waiting room. This year is truly painful without Kelsey. Halloween is her favorite holiday and that makes it a little harder. Thank heaven for those boys!!

Cassidy is truly a bright spot on this earth. And congrats on the new addition! Looks like a little cutie!

Shannon,

I remember all those lines, wires, etc and then trying to hold Angelina in the middle of all of it. Hard work! I would get us settled and then not move for the entire time, afraid that I was going to mess up an important line. But I know we both appreciated those cuddly times and I bet Cassidy does too.

I hope you are getting some rest now that you are in a private room. Little Cassidy is a trooper...I'm praying that soon she will be able to suck on her fingers and be free of the IV in that hand!

Lots of prayers and hugs coming your way from all of us!

I had a chance to read your journal history. Little Cassidy is a trooper (and mom and dad too!). I am a big medical show watcher on tv so I can easily picture the tissue expanders, plus some of the testing that Cassidy has to go through for her upcoming surgery. I have bookmarked your site and will be back often. My prayers are with all of you as you prepare for this next surgery. (I have to check out the site for the rib surgery...that is a new one to me.)

my name is Jenna and I came across your website, when your mom sent me an email. I too suffer from Conradi's. Most of my problems are my bones, and I just had a titanium joint implant done on both of my jaws. You are a Fighter and an inspiration! You are so young, yet so brave. I always say that I am going to beat this illness, and I will pray that you will over come your challenge's in life that comes along with Conradi's. I too am very tiny, and I am four foot eight. Cassidy you are in my thoughts and prayers. I will come and check on you again, cause I love meeting new friends.
