Yesterday evening, my mom calmly passed away. I was sitting next to her reading her a book and the nurses had just finished making sure she was comfortable. 

She received wonderful care from the ICU nursing  team, various doctors, and the chaplains. The palliative care team was especially fantastic. 

We know her wish was to be cremated and buried at Norman Lutheran near where she grew up and where her parents are buried. As we figure out details for memorial services we will share updates.
