Jennifer’s Story

Site created on January 9, 2022

Thanks for visiting Jennifer’s page. As this new and scary journey begins, we need as much support as we can get. This all started in December 2021 with a never ending sinus infection, which moved to coughing fits and was unable to lay down flat without coughing. She went to her ENT January 3, 2022 and he sent her to the ER for chest X-rays. The X-rays showed fluid and many “abnormalities”. From there 850 ml of fluid was pulled from her right lung and biopsies done to confirm diagnosis of Adenocarcinoma, aka Susie Q. On this site under ways to help, you will find some links that help explain this specific type of can… I mean, help you learn more about Susie and what we’re up against. #fucksusie

Journal entry by Linze Pattison

It’s been a long few days, but she’s getting the care she needs. Please stop by, she would love visitors. She is struggling with being completely coherent, but she can keep up most of the time.

If you want to visit her, I strongly recommend doing that sooner than later. We haven’t crossed the point of no return, but I believe we are entering the end game. When it will end, I’m not sure. But why take that chance when you could see her and make her day. Please reach out to me via email if you want specific information where she is. Please do not inundate Artie with questions or wanting updates.

Stay tuned to this page and you will get it.  I hope she gets to see as many of you as possible.

Starting the visits with the folks who married them. Full circle moment.
