Cohen you are going through a difficult time at the moment & it can't be easy for you especially being young & not able to get out & do the things your peers or mates are doing. I think you are a very gutsy strong young man & was so pleased you acheived the most votes to go on the adventure. That was cool. I have not had cancer myself but have travelled the journey firstly with my Dad & then with my husband who sadly lost his battle 3 years ago. hi Cohen. hope thigs are going ok for you ... i have neurofromotosis too - had my lung out when i was seven and then a scolosis operaton when i was 14. i am now 43 - love proving those doctors wrong back then!!! still have som hiccups with nf - have a lump on my foot that has decided to grow a little more. as for those brown marks the one on the other foot is shrinking and the one where the tumor is has been growing but it has been over a long time!! if you want to chat to an old survour of nf drop us a line - lwood@paradise.net.nz anyway all the best and be positive!!

Dear Brown Family - You sound like a courageous lot! I have a cousin in NY whose son was diagnosed w/NF last year. He's almost 2 now.
