hello, I just read on the other entries your not feeling well, here's to getting better and feeling well again. I was reading the web site (through the MSN group) and I wanted to tell you I was born with a DOUBLE aortic arch and had major heart surgery at just 3 months old to repair it. I also had the vascular ring wrapped around my wind pipe that caused many 'blue' and choking episodes as well as many hospital stays from birth - nearly 5 years old. I did have many upper respiratory infections and colds ear infections and flu. I am very sensative to medacines and allergic to most antibiotics out there. now that was back before open heart surgery was heard of on babies, 1969, I am now 36 years old married with 2 children. a son who will be 13 in about a month and a girl who will be 5 in April. my daughter was checked in utero for any defects as most mothers are carriers and prone to pass the defects to a daughter. she was healthey all through pregnancy and birth - 2 1/2 years old, then she was diagnosed with leukemia. her web site is www.caringbridge.org/pa/ourlittleangel she will celebrate 1 year remission January 21!
