WELCOME HOME! Luke thinks that Jersey is a much better state now that he has another little Colombian to play futbol with! We missed you at Newark ariport by one day. WOW!!! Our Internet is still down, so I just caught up on your last week in Colombia here at the Odegards. What an amazing time you seem to be having. Jim - how fantastic that you are able to spend the entire month down there and hang out as a family. Such precious time that you surely will never forget. This little guy gets cuter every photo. Hey guys. We are loving the chance to live Bogota and your family adoption experience through your eyes. It seems like forever since we were in Bogota to witness the joy of Benjamin's presentation. We cannot wait to hear the good news of sentencia, but also know the sweet sadness of leaving Bogota behind. Thanks for the kind words and for taking time to have ice cream yesterday. Your friendship, love and kindness is very meaningful. To think of you celebrating in Bogota is especially touching. Keep the updates coming! All I really know of Cartegena is what I saw in the movie "Romancing the Stone", so I really look forward to hearing all about your adventure. What a neat way to spend Easter weekend! By the end of the day yesterday, Anika figured out the Easter Bunny is her friend & not someone scary. In fact, a friend that brought her some Dora toys and a doctor doll that will teach her to zipper, button, etc.

No doubt your rainy season is warmer than here. It's been 40-50 degrees for a week and is just now clearing & warming up. It's been great to read your journal. Such fun details, I can almost picture your surroundings! Thinking of you often... take care & continue to have lots of fun. And, way to go Gophers (hockey champs), Wild (just won Game 6), & go Wolves (good luck against Shaq!) :)

Cartegena is great! Hot, hot, hot! We stayed at Las Americas Hotel 2 years ago. It's a little way out of the main city, and it's beautiful. If you stay there, try to find Edwin.
