Dear Casey,
You probably don't remember me, but I was one of the nurses who took care of Camer on the 7th floor at UNMC. He was one of the very first pediatric patients I took care of as I was still a relatively new nurse when he was sick. I was thinking about him the other day when I was at work and I smiled at the vivid memory that came to mind of him dressed up as Dr. Gordon for Halloween :) That was just the greatest! I hope that you are hanging in there. You are an amazing woman and I admire you very much. Cameron was very blessed to have you as his mommy!

I just ran across this journal. I have not seen so much LOVE, FAITH, and CARING from the public. The FAITH that so many people had during your vast TIME you spent with Cameron and his bout with cancer. I do have a stronger FAITH that so many people BELIEVE in CHRIST and that they believe they will see him some day. Reading through your journal has helped me in my belief and I think it has helped others that have kept up with your journal. Everyone keep the FAITH and someday we will have the GLORY fullfilled through CHRIST. I hope time has healed you and your family. I know it is through Christ that he is healing you and your journal readers.

Casey, What a great surprise to see you at East butler, I think Addie will really like the smaller school and extra attetion the kids get. Wilson is in 1st grade so he is in the same room with Addie.He doesn't like that he has to go every day, and is already asking when summer vacation starts!I think once he gets into a routine he'll like it. Casey, It was so nice to hear that Addie and Trevin are doing great! Sounds like your job is going to be a very rewarding one after you get the hang of how things work. Drove out to my moms house in Martell and saw that a huge cedar tree had snapped and fell in her yard...her neighbor came over and said it just happened,that she saw a dust devil.
