Friday, January 15, 2010 9:20 AM CST Good Morning
Just wanted to do a quick update. Travis was at the clinic on Tuesday, January 12.
His counts were as follows:
WBC 5.9 HGB 17.5 PLTS 246 NEUT 3.1
He had a physical performed by Dr. J. He was told that his counts were excellent. He doesn't have to come back for six months. He was told that if things look this good in six months, they will release him to come in once a year :)
I will be honest here, I am very relieved. Travis had a really bad nosebleed on New Year's Day that scared us. I guess I will always be a little scared by nosebleeds, as that was one of his presenting symptoms.
Thank you for stopping bye and caring about my son. If you wouldn't mind, please leave a note in the guest book. Let us know you were here :)
