More tears! What an incredible thing. She is just beautiful. I can tell from the pictures just how much she is loved. MCS, Fremont and Bethany are all abuzz about your new addition. We can't wait to meet her. James and Anna did great on Sunday at church. We sat right in back of them and it was so sweet. They all went up front for the children's message and there sat the Altena, Breuker and DeKuiper children (grandchildren) all right by eachother. . . just like old times!!! Dearest Gracie, Your Grandpa Sytsema and I have been praying for you every day for so many months. And we are so very anxious to meet you and welcome you into our family!
In the last couple days, your brother & sister James & Anna, and your cousins Ella and Maggie have been here and had sleepovers at our house. And I kept imagining the times when you will be able to come sleep over sometime soon. Won't that be fun? You will never meet your Great Grandma Heethuis, because she's been in Heaven with Jesus for many years. She was my Mom just like Heidi will be your Mom. And she always taught us that God has a very special plan for each of our lives, and always provides for everything we need. So we have been praying that He will provide the kinds of things you need while you are far from us and your new home here. Things like warm clothes, and enough good food, and loving arms to hold you when you are crying or upset, or just need some time to snuggle. There are lots of arms waiting here to hold you, little Gracie. And lots of hearts already full of love for you. God bless you little one and keep you in His care while you are waiting to come to your new home. I will have lots of time to tell you all about your Mom and Dad, lots of stories to share about how very special they are. But you will probably figure that out by yourself right away! Let me just clue you in that God couldn't have picked a better set of parents for you. They are both so special and have hearts for the Lord.
