Michael Bunyan's Web Page

Welcome to Michael's Web Page. It has been provided to keep people updated about our Child, Michael who is nine years old. He was diagnosed with a rare brain tumour, Choroid Plexus Carcinoma in Nov 2003. He had 8 rounds of chemo, then a total resection. He then had 35 treatments of radiotherapy to the head. He had an MRI on 7th April 2005 which was ok. Thank God. Please pray for clear scans for ever more!

Hello everyone!

Thanks for checking in on us. Sorry we have taken so long to update.

Michael is doing well at the moment. He is training hard to complete a Sponsored Water Tread at our local swimming pool to raise money for the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Edinburgh, where he as spent so much time over the last 5 years!!! The support has been fantastic. We have had a front page spread in our local newspaper and the phone is ringing constantly with people wanting to pledge money. Superb!

We have had a lovely quiet Christmas and New Year with the family. Julie is studying hard for her Higher Grade Prelim exams which start in February.

Michael's hearing has deteriorated and he is now to get two hearing aids, which he wasn't very happy about but hopefully it will help.

Please continue to pray for a cancer free life for Michael and all our children.

Check out our new photos.

Love Susan x
