Jakob 1-28-01 6lbs, 18 inches Born at 7:43pm, during 4th quarter of the SuperBowl
~Jake was born with severe reflux & no swallowing reflexs, FTT~Lap Fundo surgery with g-tube on ~4-23-04~ GJ-tube placement 8~16~04~ ~Roux-en-Y surgery for the new J-tube on ~9-21-04~ Now only J-tube feed~ ~12-21-04 and repeated again 9/07 Antro-duodenal Manometry with DX of Vagal Nerve Damage & Chronic Intestinal Pseudo-obstruction of small intestine Severe hypomtility of stomach Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome, with a Port-A Cath line for IV fluids placed on 12/22/06 ~Botox Injections to his stomach on 11/16/05~ ~ Current Meds Topamax. Small bowel obstruction/total gut shut down on 6/08 and now is TPN depedant and daily IV fluids
