I just wanted to say how sorry I am for your loss of Sophie. I also have a daughter named Sophia who died of Trisomy 18. Her name is Sophia Evelyn, and we lost her just three weeks ago. She only lived to be a month old, but we did get to have her home with us and enjoy her short life. I hope that you have found some comfort in the time since you lost your daughter; it's all very new to me, and I am trying to figure out what normal is again.

I wish you the best and thank you for sharing your story.
