Lana's story touched mine & my daughter's heart. We have been also blessed by the generosity of this organization. My 16 year old daughter is undergoing treatment for Ewing's Sarcoma at TC Thompson's Hospital and is scheduled for surgery on April 30. God bless you all for what you do every day!

On January 2, 2008 SSG Collin Bowen was injured in Afghanistan by a roadside bomb. Over 50% of his body was burned. Early this morning, this brave man, a true hero, passed away. Today's verse is in honor of Collin.

Just wanted everyone to know that Lana Beth is STILL teaching us all lessons everyday. Hannah Kate and Ellie have a friend at SMMS that is losing his precious momma to cancer as I write this entry. Another friend of Hannah Kate's just found out that his dad has cancer. Through Lana Beth's life my girls are able to show great kindness and understanding to both of these boys. Please pray for them and their families. And thank you Lana Beth for teaching us about compassion,caring and mostly love. We miss you terribly. But your legacy lives on in small gestures that you taught us all. Hugs and kisses!

Still praying but wanted to share such special verses that remind us all that much more importantly the Holy Spirit Himself is praying for each of us perfectly according to His Will.
Romans 8:26-27 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
