Katie - Superglad to hear you are doing better. You gave us kind of a scare. Continue to get well and *MAYBE* we will see you on an ATV at the Family Fun Ride! Of course, if it's ok with your mom :D
Best,

Dear Katie (and Laura, too). It's been a long time since we've sent you a note, and I've been meaning to do so for weeks. I'm a subscriber to People Magazine and turned the pages one night and said to Alexandra (Massaro)'s Dad, "That looks like Katie who was in Alex's class in Kindergarten...hey, that is Katie!!! Wow!!!" Then I read the article! Wow, again! Katie, I had no idea you had to go through two surgeries...you are such a brave and courageous little girl! I remember the first surgery when you were in Kindergaten, and Laura I remember meeting you briefly once or twice in the classroom. I remember when the class make you a goodie box and sent it to you when you were in the hospital. I never realized the severity of the situation because I never wanted to be nosey and ask Mrs. Barclay any details. But I just can't tell you how happy I am for you and the entire family. And to know that Katie is now officially your daughter makes me so happy and proud for all of you. What you are doing is just remarkable and inspirational...you are true angels! Congratulations to all of you, and I will continue to hope and pray that all continues to go well. I have lunch with "Alex" occasionally, so maybe I'll get to say Hi to you, Katie. I did see you during the last AR Hat ceremony, but couldn't come over and say hello. Take good care! Dawn Massaro (dawn.massaro@ge.com)

Katie, I just want you to know that I have been praying for you regularly since I firdt heard about you, way back when in Sunday School. I've never stopped and have no plans to, since I know how important prayers are and how much our Heavenly Father wants to give us, His kids, all that we ask for. He sure is a great Father to us. You are a blessing and have the greatest smile. Much Love!! Sharyn Berg

Your name will be added to our prayer concern list at Chattahoochee Christian Church in Duluth. You are quite a young lady and an example for us all.
Keep loving life!
