Hello All,

SORRY, SORRY, SORRY, that I haven't updated in so long. Many things have been going on not to mention not being able the get out of bed for almost three weeks because of this stomach problem.The stomach problem is still here but seems to be getting better everyday.My lung still has spots on them so as soon as my counts are high enough lung surgery is a must.I also found out last week that all three of my broviac lines are infected so that means I have to get a new broviac before transplant.I wont be getting any of this done to soon because I'm still fighting to get my platlets up there only at seven thousand when in normal people they run 150 thousand.Went to x-rays yesterday because the doctors are still trying to find out whats cause all my horriable leg pains and the lady who did the x-rays hurt them more then they have been hurting.The good thing is that I'm finally getting up out of bed and that will help out my lung alittle bit.Since I have been up out of bed I have been going to arts in crafts to make little Katia some things for here room.Well thats it for now and I will update sooner then last time or Katia's mom will come and beat me up until I do it.

HELLO ALL,
Last night was good and was glad not to be awakein at 7:45 for a CAT scan,EKG,or echo.I'm just now starting my other kind of chemo the Ara C which give me fevers and makes me sick so I see another room change here in the next day or so.Well I'm going to go eat something before I start getting sick.By the way what about how good the Lighting are doing and GO BRAD!!!

Hello All,
Thanks to everyone who helped and came and particapated in the bone marrow drive yesterday.The drive had a great turn out and I was so glad that I could be there.I got really sunburned when I woke up this morning my eyes where swollen.Yes unfortunitaly I'm back in the hospital and started chemo this morning.5 days of 24hour chemo then I'll hopefully be able to go home. Then have a 2 week break then back in for transplant.I had a wonderfull time this past week at home, just wish the weather could have been a bit better. I'll update again soon.

HELLO ALL,
My braces are off since about 8:20 this morning what an awful time to have someone elses hands in your month.I also went to clinic today and was told on friday I would be addmited today but I"M STILL AT HOME!I finally got my way because I have great doctors and nurses that I don't go back until saturday right after my Bone Marrow Drive!But I still have to go back to clinic on thursday and bonus I get to go to the Kelly Clarkson,Clay Akien concert on friday night well thats if I'm still feeling alright.Well I'm about to eat dinner so I'll update later.

Hello All,
Just a quick update.Being home never felt this good!! I did a little bit of shopping yesterday and this morning but can't buy much other than things for the hospital because I'll be there for a while.Oh well it feels good to spend money(even better when its not your own).I'm going to rest for now and can't wait for tomorrow I GET MY BRACES OFF!! :)
So glad to hear Katia's doing well.Need an update on Christina, Emily,and Olivia.

Hello All,
37 days and counting! The count should be over soon! Dr.B came in this morning and said that he thinks he's letting me go home for the weekend but must be back on Monday.It's a short stay at home but at least I get to go home see my cat and get some stuff together for transplant.I need to get my pictures,more clothes,and other odds and ends together.I will be getting a bone marrow and spinal tap done in an hour or two to see when my next Chemo will be.If it doesn't look that good Chemo will start on Monday if it looks good then Dr.B will hold off until next week so that I can attend my Bone Marrow Drive on the 28th which I really want to go to.I'm off isolation and feeling really good a little weak but real ready to go home.Thanks to everyone who comes to check in on me and prays for me. I'll update again soon!

HELLO ALL,
Hi, and hope everyone had a great Valentines Day! Sorry the update has taken so long but I'm having a hard time connecting to the enternet from my room here in the hospital. Anyway a bit of good news, the spots in my lungs seem to be getting much smaller due to the anfotarason(sorry for the spelling but its the med)and the viral infection test keep comming back negative so thats good because maybe I'll finally be able to leave my room.Still feeling pretty good so I've been able to do soom crafts and read a bit( much better than watching T.V.).Well I'll update again soon.Thanks everyone for checking up on me and the prayers really do help Thanks!

Hello ALL,
Last night went pretty well! Today is going great so far except I might need to get a platlet transfusion but that ok because it will give me more energy.Not much else is going on so I'll update later when something happens. Hopefully Emily you'll get out today, Katia stay strong and your new blood will be helping you soon, Christina hang in there you'll get out of here soon!Everyone please keep praying we all need the prayers!

HELLO ALL,
29 days and counting!(lol)Yesterday was pretty good, I had a bone marrow test done and now I'm just waiting on the results.I was also put back on isolation yesterday because of the viral infection I had 2 weeks ago it is still showing on teste and will countue to show until my counts go up a little bit more.Today was a really good day for me other than I was exhausted but I felt great,and even had a bit of an appetite!Dr.B said since I'm in isolation and haven't really gotten out of bed he is sending me a stationary bike to ride everyday.I've had this bike sent to me before and I didn't ride it but I would really like to be out of the hospital for my Bone Marrow Drive on Feb. the 28th so I think me riding this bike is going to happen! Thanks to everyone who checks in on me and Thanks for all the Prayers!

Good Evening All,
Today has been a much better day for me, I think one of the best of the 27 days I've been here.My platlet count was very low yesterday it was at 7 so I had to get 2 bags of platlets which raised them a little for today, but today my red blood count was very low so I'll be getting 3 or 4 bags of red blood cells plus my other meds so I'll be up all night but I guess whats new right? I never seem to get enough sleep here at the hospital.I would everyone to check out www.tamparacing.com cars for cancer it has all the info about my bone marrow drive on Feb.28th. I would also like to THank everyone again for checking up on me.Also big Thanks for all the prayers!

Evening Everyone,
Today was a bit rough because my PCA pump broke and I was in lots of pain. Stomach issues aren't anymore but still waiting on the results of the white spots in the lungs. Sad to say there is a reunion here in the hospital me, Emily L, Christina G,Emily E,Carrisa, Katia, and Michael.Thanks again to everyone who stops by to check in on me and for all the prayers.Talk to everyone soon!

HELLO ALL,

I'm finally feeling more like myself these past two days after being here in the hospital for 24 days. Still no word on whats wrong with my stomach, but on Tuesday I had a CAT Scan of my chest and some new white spots were found. So on Wednesday I had a scope done which involves a tube that goes down your throat and takes pictures,and trys to get a sample of the spots.Then they flushed my lungs and then it was done.We are still waiting on the results but, the doc has already said he thinks it's aspergilles (sorry not sure about the spelling)Which is a fungus I already have in my left lung and a whole was formed from it. I'll update more later. Thank You Everyone for checking up on me!

Hello Everyone,
First off I would like to apologize for not updating sooner or at least having someone else update for me. Alot has gone on these past couple of days.Like not one day without a fever but no cause can be found,mouth sores, lots of nasty side effects of the Chemo, but the Chemo has been done for a while now.Stomach problems but no cause.But anyways I will make sure to update daily or at least every other day!Still working on getting more stuff on my web site but that will come as soon as I can leave my room for some help.I would like to THANK everyone who has sent cards, presents,and just everyone whom has just stopped by to check on me and sent prayers.THANK YOU!!! Promise to update soon.

Last night was a bit scary brcause my blood pressure was real low but is now comming back up to normal, still feeling the side effects of the Chemo and hopefully those will go away soon! Today so far has gone pretty well. I had a few vistors today and I'm still expecting a couple more which helps me with the time going by faster!Chemo is starting to catch up with me but the nasty eye drops are getting a little better!:)Ms. Solomon is still helping me with my page so I'm getting there slowly but surely.Thanks to everyone who has been by to check in on me it makes me feel great knowing thats there are other people out there pulling for me. LAST NIGHT WAS PRETTY GOOD AND TODAY SO FAR HAS GONE WELL. FINALLY GOT MY PCA PUMP SWITCH BACK TO DIULDID WHICH IS GREAT! I'M STARTING A DIFFERENT CHEMO TONIGHT ARA-C WHICH I HATE BECAUSE OF THE EYE DROPS. I CAN HANDLE THE CHEMO BUT I CAN'T HANDLE TO EYE DROPS WHATS WRONG WITH ME? WELL I'M GOING TO PLAY WITH SWEET LITTLE KATIA FOR A WHILE TALK TO YOU ALL SOON! :)

hey all,
Before I get started I would like to first thank Katia' and her mother and the gates family for passing along my site! Today was a little ruff because I took around 6 hours to get my PCA pump.Yesterdays Chemo went well without getting sick in about 25 mins. I will be getting more.:( Real tiered so I will update better in the moring! Thank you everyone one for reading my site!I've asked Mrs. Solomon to help me with my page and of couse without hesitation she agreeded, so there should soon be pics and stuff! :)

Today went all right for what went on.I got my brovaick, ct scans, x-rays a few other test and at about 9:00pm I'll start getting my first round of Chemo. Hello all,
Just getting settled in at the hospital.Why I'm back? Well today I found out that I have relapsed and need a bone marrow transplant.Tomorrow I have alot of things going on such as chest x-rays, CT scan to check on the aspergillus in my lung,an EKG and some other test, not to mention I'm getting a Broviack put in tomorrow morning at 8am! I'm going to get some rest becuase I have a long day a head of me.Talk to everyone tomorrow to let you know how everything went.

Hello,
Hope everyone is doing well! Just got back in town from visiting some friends in Tally!It was so much fun being able to go and just forget about everythng going on in my life.It was a much needed break.I'm so excited to know that Katia Solomons surgery went well!:)Please say an extra prayer for her and her family as they are waiting on the results of the fungus that was removed today.
