Dear friends, I am glad to be able to share some good news.

 I have just had a round of tests and scans, which were scheduled one year post diagnosis and surgery- and there is no sign of any cancer  🙏

In these last weeks, awaiting results, I have been very aware of others who have been less fortunate at this juncture,  contemplating the reality that my results could be likewise - and  holding space in my heart for all outcomes. So at least for now,  I am clear and able to look to the coming year with a sense of many possibilities.

Thank you again for all the kindness and support you have extended to me over this year. And while this journey is not over, as the same questions will be asked in another years time, I feel the time is right to retire this journal and sign off for now.  It may be that we will cross paths in the various realms where our lives unfold, and I look forward to when ever we may be in contact.

This world so needs our care, our courage and our commitment to offering what we can, for the welfare of all.  Thank you again for all that you offer,
