Congratulations on (almost) reaching the halfway point, and good that you have the next step planned. Do you have any idea how long that bit will take? I notice from the comments that it is still very hot, it is still hot in Rome too but the long cool nights make it much more bearable. I suppose you are all airconditioned anyway? I hope the second half goes as well as the first, and that you don't come up against any more ornery sandwiches. I am very sorry to hear about that one. All the best to you both x

Good news all around...although I'm not sure if the salmon winning is good! I'm glad you got to go to Fort Davis too.

One more milestone! Can't wait to join you on the road soon. I'm visualizing cool weather and your joviality during a ride.
Thanks for the posting of the Fort Davis ride. (We reserved a place at el Cosmico in Marfa).

Congratulations on the half way point of for chemo. I found radiation to be tiring, but much easier than the chemo. Sending all our best to you both!

So glad to see the pics of you in San Antonio and hearing that you were amongst the hummingbirds in west Texas! Congratulations on being half way through the chemo! Found the following on hummingbirds: The prime message of the humming bird animal totem is: “The sweetest nectar is within!” Much love to you and Sharon.

Scarecrow or no, I am most impressed with your progress, your courage, and the continued appearance of vitality (if slightly diminished from your usual level of activity). I'm glad you got out to Ft. Davis if for no other reason than the cooler temperatures. See you around the 'hood. (())
