Journal entry by Whitney Trembly

Hello everyone. For those of you who do not know me well I wanted to talk a little bit about myself and what led me to create this page. I was born April 16, 1989 at Mercy. I weighed one pound and ten ounces. I was three months premature and had a cord wrapped around my neck. I was also born Jaundice.

I was born with a condition called Alpha-1-Anti-Trypsin and only one functioning kidney. Well about four years about I found out my Liver was at stage two. It means some day I might get Cirrhosis. I found out when I was a teenager that I had an Enlarged Spleen.

I also found out back in 2015 that I have Asthma and beginning stages of COPD. I have other health issues as well related to Gastrointestinal but nothing major so far. However when I was seventeen years old I got diagnosed with probably the hardest hitter and biggest stigma Major Depressive Disorder. I got diagnosed with Anxiety about two years later.

My mental illness came from chemical and environmental. I also found out last year I have PTSD. However I do not let any of this stop me and I continue to push on. I have been through some other personal struggles which I will not mention but given the fact I have had those. They made me the person I am today and I have grown from those experiences.
