Wes was one of the first people that befriended me in my first USCP assignment. We worked together for many years and I had the utmost respect for him. I remember talking to him after he had testified before Congress about your family's struggle with diabetes. He was as sincere and kind as anyone that I have ever known. The USCP and the world is a better place thanks to Wes. We are really going to miss him.
I had the privilege of working for Wes in Special Events . He was an awesome supervisor and friend. He touched many lives in a positive manner. Our world was a better place because Wes was in it. My condolences to his family and friends. Rest In Peace my friend.
Just heart breaking, Kel. However, I have no doubt that Andrew was one of the first to greet Wes when he made his final transition. Greg and I will forever pray for you, Mackenzie, and Bailey.
I was unaware of this site until today when I was informed of Wes’s passing. I would have loved to have communicated with Wes as I always enjoyed working with him and his bright outlook and warm, generous smile. At this time, I will pray for strength for his family as they move forward in life with those comforting memories of a generous and kind man. May God bless you and continue to help you through this difficult passage in life.
So very sorry to learn of Wes's passing. He touched me as we worked together at the USCP, and it was clear that in addition to being a great leader there, he was a man who cared deeply about his family. I know the loss of Wes to his family will be uniquely difficult, but I also sense that there is a trust in them (in you Kelly, Mackenzie & Bailey) of God's ability to bring a peace beyond our human understanding. My prayers ascend for you all.
