Hi Wendy! I am so glad Jennica convinced you to write! What a testimony you have glorifying our heavenly Father. And such a way with words! I enjoyed reading it so much. Although I have a hard time picturing you as 'obstinate'! I know that must have been a very scary time but Jesus said He would never leave us. We can trust Him. Thanking God for your faith and your miraculous healing. Looking forward to seeing you this summer!

I am thrilled at the faithfulness of God to you. Our medical knowledge, though extensive, is so incomplete when it comes to understanding life.

1 Corinthians 1:20–25 (ESV): Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? … For the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

Psalm 139:14–16 (ESV): I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works;
my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance;
in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.

Genesis 32:28 (ESV): Your name shall no longer be called Jacob, but Israel, for you have wrestled with God … and have prevailed.

Regarding my current life journey, I have moved on from medicine to Act III, and enjoying the new adventure.
