Wendy’s Story

Site created on October 2, 2020

On Thursday evening Wendy fell and sustained a head injury that required her to be airlifted to St. Mary’s in Duluth.  Initial assessments upon arriving in Duluth showed right sided brain bleeding. She currently is intubated and sedated to allow any swelling to reduce before they can determine her long term prognosis.  Doctors have reported movement to her extremities so there is no evidence of spinal cord involvement.  At this time we are just patiently waiting for the swelling to go down so we can determine next best steps.

Please keep Wendy in your prayers.  We all know how powerful prayers are!!!!
