What if you woke up one morning to get call from your boss or most important client telling you how disappointed in you she is for sending her

Of course, you wouldn’t even imagine doing such! Would you?
How shocking would that sound? How embarrassed would you feel?
And to make matters worse, it had been like that for over a week or two without your knowledge.
