Warren’s Story

Site created on December 11, 2016

Warren developed a kidney stone, which be-
fore he was always been able to pass. Not this time. He waited too long and infection set in. This is complaidcated by high BP and diabetes. He was in ICU for 2 days and is now acute care.

Newest Update

Journal entry by Bea and Mike McGervey

I don't know where the time all went, but I see this is long overdue.

We have made many Doctor visits. He still has kidney stones, however, they are not causing the pain that he is still experiencing. We have been to the Urologist, Dermatologist, Rheumatologist, Gastroenterologist

Here are some of the latest results.

We went to the rheumatologist on Friday afternoon. The MRI showed some fusing in his mid spine (DISH) see below, despite the fusing, it is not causing the pain. He is sending him back to the Gastroenterologist to follow up on the pancreas as the Lipase and Amylase have been running above normal. He also has a referral to the Pain Clinic that we are waiting to be approved.

We are thankful for the gift of 6 treatments so he can continue the acupuncture. For want of a better way to put it, it lifts his spirits and gives him energy, and also helps with the pain management.

We continue to be thankful for the Lord's mercies that are new every morning. and are thankful for all the prayers on our behalf. Your continued prayers for all of us the deeply appreciated.
