Since I moved to Texas I’ve not done well keeping up with what is happening in my old stomping ground, Fresno and Clovis. I am so joyed to hear of your recovery Walt. You having to relearn how to “live” again is a challenge but for such an intelligent person I know it will be a task that will be achieved. Maybe you can get another PhD in a new field! Wow Helene you are amazing and as you say so is Walt. Makes me want jump up and hug you both. The testimony of your attitudes and love for each other is a blessing to us all. I can say for sure I would not be as grateful as you to testify too. I know at times its very rough but in spite of all that you press forward and we keep praying almost every day. I want the Walt as you do back good as before. Perhaps even better as the Lord uses all this to make us more like Christ. JIM T
Walt....your progress does not surprise me one bit. I'm not sure we could ever measure the amount of dedicated work that you each are putting in to make it happen. That is a lot of energy and resolve under one roof and I am so happy that IT IS WORKING!!! So much love to you both!
Thank you another encouraging update! It was so good to have Walt respond appropriately last Sunday night over the phone when I said to him in Russian, “Christ is risen!” by him saying, in Russian, “He is risen indeed!”
