I've prayed that our Lord will give you and your family peace and comfort during this difficult time. Pastor Brad and Caroline, thinking of you and your family as I have many time and offer my deepest sympathy to you and your family.
Our deepest sympathies to Pam and the Davick families on the loss of Pastor Wade. He was a caring and very entertaining man and we enjoyed when he visited St. Paul's Church in Waukegan.
Dear Brad, Lisa, and Carl-Your dad was a "dad" to so many of us, but most important to you. Keep your wonderful memories in your heart. He will be with you always. Even as an adult, it hurts to lose your dad. My prayers for your peace and strength and joy in celebrating a wonderful man, knowing he is celebrating with his Father in heaven. Sincerely, Carolyn Eidsness Bodell
Wade married Gary and me way back in 1978, and I still have the beautiful sermon he preached, much of an allusion to musical terms which fit our lives since Gary was a musician and choral director. He was a wonderful and inspirational pastor who brought me to a deeper understanding of what it meant to be a Lutheran and a Christian. Gary and I extend or deepest sympathy to his family at this time. But we are filled with quiet joy knowing he is with the God he trusted in so completely. Our prayers and love to all those who knew him and were touched by his life.
Pastor Wade was one of the GREAT ones!!! We are so blessed to have known him and to have been able to spend time with him and Pam on the 2010 trip from St Paul's. He brought sunshine and wisdom wherever he was! Our love and sympathy to the entire family. The entire Alwardt/Schmidt/and Bucher family extend their sympathy!!
Our deepest sympathy to Pam and Pastor Wade's family. He was our Pastor, friend, and a great comfort in our lives. May God now comfort you all. Mary & Val Gudmundson, Highland Prairie members.
