Hi all,
This will probably be the last message about my dad that you'll receive through his Caring Bridge site. We want to, again, thank you all so much for the prayers you poured out on behalf of our dad; for his healing, but ultimately that God's will would be done and that He would be glorified through my dad's life.
As we were preparing for my dad's service, one thing that my mom made very clear was that she wanted to hear stories from all of you about how God used my dad to touch your life in some way. If you were unable to attend the service and/or did not get a chance to share, we would love it if you would write those down and email them to us. My mom would love to compile a book of the many ways that God used my dad. These can be sent to vincetrujillo.memories@gmail.com
Some ideas of what we would love to read about:
- How he influenced or inspired you
- Examples you saw in him that exhibited the love or character of God
- How you observed God using him in the life of another person
- How his life example or teachings caused you to make a change in your life or ministry
- A poem, quote, Bible verse or truth that represents something about him
- A story (funny or not) about him
