A very beautiful service that was so like Victor. He will be so missed. I’m so thankful he entered my life.

What an inspirational Man of God and Strong Family of the Lord. I always felt like a better person and was inspired by Victor as he would stop and talk to me with his “Big German Shepherd” by his side, walking the neighborhood streets. He always had an encouraging word to say, smile on his face and sincere in his friendship.
We admired his courage over the last year an a half, a Faith unshakable, a solid position through the storm. A True Believer by example

Victor was a wonderful man and a good friend to me during my time as a student at Parker many years ago.

I will always have a special place for Victor. Vic encouraged me to finish school and go for my masters degree. I told him my goal was to become a coordinator for TCC and to someday be just as great as he was with students! His comment was " And one day you will be a great coordinator with God's graces".
