Tucker is doing two outpatient PT’s a week at Children’s and, honestly, it’s been pretty boring until today. And, that is great news!! Because he can basically do all that they are having him do to strengthen his muscles and reawaken his nerve endings. Balance and core strength has been the most challenging part but things are getting stronger all the time! The good news for an AR summer is that being in the pool is great PT!!! We are swimming as much as possible and Tucker started riding his bike a couple of weeks ago!!! (That was one of his goals). PT is going to shift to a more “sports emphasis” track and that will help Tucker with endurance and muscle growth!

Things are not “normal,” but Tucker continues to be encouraged with every regained skill that he accomplishes.

Matt had the blessed opportunity to preach at our local church this past Sunday on Gospel Centered Suffering and how God used this season for our good and His glory. What a rich, reflective time for us to praise the Lord for His sovereign hand in all things and remember what HE HAS DONE!!
