Troy is going downhill fast. He is very weak.  He has lost all muscle mass and can barely hold his head up or speak.
They upped his pain meds because his stomach and throat hurt. 
The hospice nurse said it could be a week or a month now. 

Sorry I’m short but it’s just hard and I’m at a loss for words.
