Just want you all to know that we pray for Trevor and his family every day, even though we haven't heard an update for some time. We are hopeful that the therapy is improving Trevor's strength and mobility. We believe in miracles. God in in control.
Hi! I'm a cousin to Gma Karen and have been following Trevor's story since the beginning and want you to know that I have been thinking of and praying for Trevor and your whole family ever since. When I see Trevor's picture, I can see Great Gpa Maurice Erickson in him. I moved from Pierre to Omaha (Elkhorn) last year after retirement. We live only 40 miles from Madonna in Lincoln just off of 204th St so let me know if there is anything we can do for you.....provide a bedroom, etc. Faye Hoines has my phone number. I have had a coworker from Pierre staying with us the past couple of months while her husband is at Madonna in Omaha after a stroke so I know a little of what a difficult journey Trevor and you all are traveling.
Praying for you and your family. I promise you that every tiny step forward is still progress. Videos pop up from my daughter's time at Madonna and QLI and I am amazed at the progress she has made. The doctors told us multiple times that this journey was a marathon, not a sprint. Celebrate each small step forward. They are all huge victories. It is very hard not to be discouraged, but I encourage you to stay as positive as possible and know that there are so many people cheering, praying, and pulling for Trevor.

We pray that you find comfort and strength through God's word and His many promises to be with you and strengthen you and never to forsake you. He loves us all so much that He sacrificed His one and only Son to win for us forgiveness of sins and eternal life to all who believe. He is with you and loves you. God bless.
