Traci,
Just a quick note to let you know you and your family are in our prayers as we begin this day. Praying that God may grant you a day saturated with the Holy Spirit's strength giving, healing, and encouraging presence. Know that the Lord is your good Shepherd in every circumstance today. A friend and I were recently talking about the power of surrendering to the path as it unfolds, and the peace that can be found by meditating/ praying on that during waves of intense anxiety. All we truly have is this present moment. Just something that has brought me some calm during sleep struggles. Thank you for sharing these deeply intense moments on your journey, and the emotions swirling around them. You are so loved, and I’m meditating on good highs coming your way ❤️

Thank you for your honest and transparent reflections upon your current journey. I find myself identifying with much of what you're saying from my own experience with pancreatic cancer beginning in the fall of 2020. Your observation that, "I have learned that faith is not the opposite of doubt, but a response we hold on to. One does not drown out the other--like a strange harmony where both voices are present and real, blending and straining," is so real and profound. We continue to hold you in prayer.

We do highs and lows too! So good. Know that I'm praying for you.
A song that comes to mind is another one we sang during our women's retreat and here are some of the lyrics:
So when I fight, I'll fight on my knees
With my hands lifted high
Oh God, the battle belongs to You
And every fear I lay at Your feet
I'll sing through the night
Oh God, the battle belongs to You
Singing this one for you!

Oh what a rollercoaster of highs and lows. Praying for you, Jeff and the girls—and that you’ll all sense his loving kindness in all the highs, lows, and buffalos.

Thank you for your update Traci on the ups and downs...your honest expression helps in our prayers. I could just picture you in the beautiful ways you roll with the plan God has set before you. Sometime crying...sometimes smilng and always trusting. Sending our love and prayers for your family in the loss of your treasured Grandma Worthington.
