Thank you Jim, though I do not know you I second all you said about Tom Walsh, he was an outstanding role model for my children whom he met at Prescott church in Memphis

Jim and Randall-- My name is Joy Coleman. I appreciate you and the others who paved my way at BTW. I was Sent to Carver teaching math in 1971-72. 1973-81, I then taught at BTW. Tom and Randall and I met through Prescott Baptist Church where my husband Jim was choir director. I really appreciate the many kind words that you have shared about Tom and his impact. The service Saturday was a beautiful outpouring about a truly remarkable man.

This is such a wonderful message. Tom and I were best friends from the age of three when he moved into the coal down the street from my house. I could go out my back door and went over to his back door, knock on the door and they would let me in and we would play who know or read the dictionary. I've often wondered what time would say about the world today but since we thought almost exactly alike politically and everything oh, I do know what he would say

I don’t think I can upload pictures but Tom and Elizabeth were also good friends. I have a picture of the 3 of us from the November prior to COVID watching THE GAME together. Both were also very dear to me and embodied every bit of what you have said about them. I think they would both be very pleased at this gift in their memory. Thank you.
