As I look around my back yard in Fort Worth, I think of you, Tom, and all the wonderful episodes you hosted on Central Texas Gardener. I have tried my best to add lots of native plants to all the flower beds, and we have over 40 roses, in the beds & many in pots. Mostly old garden roses and Antique Rose Emporium bred varieties, and so many are blooming! We garden organically. Next week will bring a hard freeze, and then most everything will go to sleep for the winter. I just want, as one of your many fans, to wish you a Happy Holiday season and a truly fulfilling New Year! You are the best! Sincerely, Suzanne Holden
I am so happy that Central Texas Gardener is back on the air with brand new episodes, BUT it isn't the same without our Tom Spencer on Saturday mornings! I especially miss your gardening wisdom, experience and stories.
Your show was my most favorite that I looked forward to watch. I recorded all of them but really enjoyed watching them as they aired. I'm hoping for you to get better soon and today I'm wishing you a HAPPY Thanksgiving with love. ❤️ XOXO
Hoping you are doing well Tom! I want you to know how much I always enjoyed your program and the knowledge you shared on your program. You are still greatly missed! Wishing you a blessed Thanksgiving. Stay strong!!!
I’m a new Texas gardener and CTG has been such a help to me. I just read about Tom’s stroke and immediately checked to see if there were any updates. Just wanted say thank-you for the wonderful content. I wish you a full recovery and lots of time in the garden!
Hi Tom! I’ve been thinking about you and wondering how you are doing, I have enjoyed some of your talks many years ago and of course always watch CTG. I love seeing you’re reruns. I wish you well my friend. 🤗🥰
Thank you, Tom, for the years you've devoted to bring us so much education and inspiration. As for me, all the Saturday mornings that you have brightened my day. My gardening is done vicariously through CTG due to an arthritic body, so a sincere THANK YOU! Hope you're doing well 💗, Suzann Morin
