I don't know Tom personally, but have been an avid follower of his on Central Texas Gardener for years.
I'm so sorry for the loss of your parents especially during such an already difficult time for you and your family.
My prayers and very best wishes go to you and your family!!

I’ve personally not met you, but you’ve helped many times with gardening questions while on the radio, I loved your Soul of the Garden pictures and stories, and the wealth of information on CTG. My yard and garden flourish because of you. I look forward to you being back on the air and sharing your knowledge soon. I’m so sorry for your loss. I also lost two treasured friends two months apart last fall. One step at a time with helping hands and smiling friends. I just know I’ll see you soon on television and hear your voice on the radio. God bless.

My husband, Mike Ambrose, and I watch "Central Texas Gardener" every Saturday, and have been wondering what was going on with Tom. Finally, today, we were told about the massive stroke. Oh my! Praying for healing and comfort. We miss you.

Although I don't know you, I never miss the Central Texas Gardner on PBS. You are a wonderful host. The information you shared helped me go from a brown thumb to a green thumb gardener with lots of compost! I wish you a speedy recovery and hope you will be gardening again soon!

Diana and Tom,
My sincere condolences on the death of your parents. I was so sorry to read of the difficult time you've been through over these last months. I've been watching Tom on Central Texas Gardener since I learned about the show after moving here 7 years ago, and looked forward to seeing Tom every week. I have been wondering about him and am so appreciative that today they mentioned what happened. I'll be thinking of him and keeping my hopes for his progress and recovery close to my heart.

Tom Spencer, my son Sam who works at Shoal Creek Nursery recently told me about your stroke, and it was mentioned on CTG today.
You are loved and missed!
Please do your best to get better!
