I saw him Friday at his new nursing facility and he seemed improved. He was bright, alert and his smile was a full one. He had verbal mastery of several words and could move a toe on his right foot. MSNBC was on and he was able to indicate his excitement over the developments in the impeachment saga. I think things are moving in a good direction.
