Hello,



In following with the guidance for limiting the transmission of COVID-19 from Texas Health and Human Services and CDC we are implanting the following guidelines:



1. We highly discourage weekend day passes at this time.

2. We are limiting visitation, which means individuals are not allowed to come into the facility except for certain situations, such as end-of life- situations or when a visitor is essential for the resident’s emotional well-being and care.

3. We are screening all visitors. Please see attached guidelines that are posted at the facility for you to follow.

4. We have cancelled all non-essential community outings. We will only be going to essential medical appointments at this time.



Please be aware we will continue to send information as we receive ongoing recommendations from HHSC, CDC, WHO, and our corporate office. Attached is the visitor guidelines specific to our location as well as a guideline sent to us from our corporate office.



We understand it may be challenging to limit passes and visitation at this time. Please know the health and safety of the patients here are our top priority. If you have any questions or concerns please let me or our program manager, Kristina Magaha, know.
