Tom’s Story

Tom O'Connor is suffering from esophageal cancer as well as lung cancer, kidney cancer and tumors on his ribs.  The esophageal tumor is pressing on his heart and causing arterial fibrillation.  He has had radiation and a couple of bouts of chemo since mid 2017.  I'll keep this updated as we go through more treatments.

This is Brian O'Connor posting the news that my father Tom passed away peacefully yesterday afternoon surrounded by family. Although we will miss him terribly he had a rich life full of many personal and professional accomplishments, travels, and adventures. A reception has been planned for Saturday, May 11 from 2-5 at the Inspiration Hall at the Norm Asbjornson Hall, MSU, Bozeman, MT.
