This is the first time I have made an update to my care page.  My wonderful wife Stephanie has done a great job updating you all with my progress this last year.  It has been a long crazy year of ups and down and down and down and then more ups!! As I look back at where we were a year ago I can’t believe what has happened.  Sure we fought that scary word CANCER but, we also felt so much love and support from so many people throughout our lives.  From friends of 30+ years, college teammates, co-workers, soccer and football parents, to our families and of course GOD.  Thank you GOD for the ability to fight a strong fight and to stay as positive as possible throughout this.  Stephanie and I along with our kids Marlee, Owen and Jackson want to say thank you.  Thank you for all of your prayers, emails, texts, meals, donations and calls. I’m so grateful that because of cancer, I have been able to strengthen so many of my friendships. 

WE COULDN’T HAVE GOTTEN WHERE WE ARE WITHOUT ALL OF YOU!!!!!

Well, let’s get to update,

A couple weeks ago, I had my 2nd CT Scan since being in remission and…………………………………………. everything came back this time CLEAR!!!!  I’m still in remission!!!  I’m still fighting one day at a time but I feel so much better from a year ago.
