Ernie and I are finally back from MT, and are pleased to hear that so many “drove by” to pay their respects - such a splendid idea. I hope the huge outpouring of love brings you comfort and peace. I’m sad we weren’t able to be there, too, to see you and say good-bye to Tom. You have certainly been in our thoughts.

As we joined the long line of cars full of your friends, "Amazing Grace" came on the radio. We cranked it up and opened our windows; seemed appropriate! All our love for you.
All of us at SI will deeply miss Tom and we will think of him often. He was such a great guy that it does not surprise any of us that the turnout was so huge.
It also does my heart proud to hear that the local police showed up all on their own to help out with traffic control.
