That IS great news, Tom! Wonderful that you can recover at home without the beep, beep beep of hospital equipment. : ) Continuing to send you healing energy for your bovine heart.

Great news! Ylang Ylang essential oil reduces blood pressure. And does not contraindicate with any medications you may be taking post surgery. Get lots of rest! 💜

Great to hear Tom. Good luck on BP's at home. Just a thought as I've had couple other family/friends with elevated BP's post op. They had some fluid around lungs due to the nature of surgery and fluids being used. They drained that and BP's were a lot better. Love playing Monday morning QB with #1 Heart center in America..lol

Hello there Thomas! WOW! You must be feeling fantastic today after getting the wonderful news about getting released to go home! What fabulous news! I’m sure they’ve been trying different meds to get that BP under control. Perhaps when you get home, back in the comfort and sanctuary of your own space, resting, you might consider doing some deep meditation on that BP. But I know you know that already. 😁

Rest well my fellow. May you be filled with peace and your heart filled joy. May your heart continue to be mootivated to teach, inspire and moove others as you always have.

Love & Light

Mary Ann
