kathy, Iam so glad you got some justice from the system, even though it will never feel that way and the loss is so great. But the Judge saw what was right and did the right thing.

Pretty unusual for a judge to dump a plea agreement so that tells you how lame the original deal was. Good judge saw right through that and did the right thing. Side punishment was that they paid a defense attorney a whole lot of money to get the same deal if he’d pled guilty all on his own at the very beginning. Karma is one tough lady.

Kathy - you were absolutely awesome in getting this all turned around - on the order of a force of nature or something. I can just hear Tom cheering and fist pumping for what you did. He’s mighty proud, no doubt. I can just hear him….

Kathy, Morgan, and Matt, Finally, there has been some justice in sentencing. A bittersweet development in moving through this chapter. Darlene and I are here for your family's support and want to move forward with re-establishing our relationship and help in any way we can.
