Fr. Dave Brinkmoeller,
I talked to Fr. John Porter this afternoon (Sun. 7/7), calling former classmates from Chaminade's class of '48, and when I asked him who else is up there that I may know, he mentioned you.
I know you are preparing the transition to heaven, and I want to assure you of my humble prayers for a successful journey. Your preparations remind me of another dear friend who demonstarted fortitude in the same journey, Joe Bernardin of happy memory who was my last Ordinary.
