Tim keeps impressing us with his strength!!! He was able to get off the breathing machine yesterday. Today he worked with physical therapy, took a few steps and sat up in a chair for 4 hours!! He has maintained a very positive attitude through everything and is very determined to get better. They will be working with him and my mom over the next several days to learn everything they need to know to take care of the LVAD at home. As long as he keeps progressing well they will move him to a step down unit tomorrow. Thank you for all the prayers!! They are definitely working ❤️❤️
