Kelli -
Thank you for your message. Love the the words on your hanky from Chrystal and what a beautiful poem by Amanda. I know we but only have met briefly through a few Infinite Campus events, but both you and Tim had touched my life in so many ways you will not begin to know. Your message today only continues the gratitude I feel towards both of you for being so transparent with your thoughts and love for our God, your family and friends. The courage the two of you shared together and the courage you and your daughters share now is amazing. You are a beautiful testimony of what it means to trust in our Lord. I am completely humbled by it.

I think of you and Tim often. I actually was wishing at Christmas time I had your contact information as I wanted to drop you a note as I was making lefse using the recipe I had gotten from Tim a few years back. It had brought a smile to my face as I was thinking about many of the conversations he and I would have at the lunch table at Campus.

His presence will continue to live within me.

Thanks, Kelli, for sharing this. So well written (both you and Amanda). We love you and are continuing to pray for you, through the "billows of pain," and the tears that flow. So thankful for our Good Shepherd, and His tender care for you.

Amanda’s words are so descriptive and beautiful. Grateful to God for holding you fast, dear Kel. Asking our kind Heavenly Father to continue to sustain and comfort you by the power of the Holy Spirit, in the finished work of Christ, and with the love of family, friends, and the body of Christ. You are loved, and remain in our thoughts and prayers.

Kelli,
Thank you for being so transparent and vulnerable in sharing your hurt, pain and struggles with all of us. Your life has changed forever and there will always be a hole and ache in your heart for the loss of your husband, your friend, your Love. We know that in time the ache and uncertanities will lessen by our Lord, but your loss will remain. Taking baby steps forward and a few steps back, may be your reality now and for an indefinite period of time. Be patient with yourself and understand that family and friends cannot truly understand what you are going through. Life has and will continue to change and unfold. Just remember how precious you are to the Lord, He loves you beyond words can express and He wants to bless you with his goodness. Love and mercy. Know others are praying for you and walking by your side, even when you are not aware of it.
Amanda’s poem/words are beautiful and true. Your children and grandchildren are God’s gift to you. They are all hurting too, but together you can walk into a bright future once again. God is holding all of you in the palm of his hand.
With love,
Sue M
