Tim, Praising and thanking God with you and your family! That is a wonderful milestone to be celebrating. When you yourself or someone you dearly love goes through a transplant or some other major life event, you do tend to stop and take notice more of sayings like the one you saw, " You never know what someone is going through." This past Christmas I mentioned in our Christmas letter that my husband celebrated his 10th birthday this past year, his 10th double Transplant birthday for his Kidney and Pancreas which was April 12, 2013. It's amazing how quickly those years start to go by even though when you are in the midst of it all it can feel so overwhelming. We can praise and thank God for what he has done for you, for your brother-in-law, Pastor Greg with his surgeries and recoveries, and my husband, and so many others "who we don't know what they are going through". What a wonderful God we serve! Thank you for sharing your update. From Nelly (a member of Faith CRC)
