We very much hope to see many of you tomorrow (Sunday, 8/29) @ 3:00 pm at Martin Luther King Jr. Park in Carrboro (1120 Hillsborough Road) for an afternoon of celebrating Tim together! Expect a short program of songs Tim wrote/loved and select remembrances from near/far, followed by a time to share/swap your own memories of the man who threaded us together.

Like the Delta variant before it, the weather is being none too kind to our plans 😅 ☀️🔥. But we promise both drinks and people Tim thought were cool—as well as pavilion shade—to bolster your sprits in a grievous heat. And if you would be so kind, two quick asks for those reading this reminder: 

Bring a Chair!

We'll have a some chairs/seating on hand at the pavilion, but not nearly enough to accommodate a sizab;e crowd. So if you you're able, bring your own chair (or one to share). 

Remind a Friend!

We've done what we can to spread the word, and yet we're mindful of the late change in plans and how slowly news might pass through Tim's diffuse network. If you have folks in mind you'd expect to see at an event like this, do us a favor and make sure they're in the loop.
