Hello friends & family...

Thank you for the support along this journey. We certainly wish it had ended differently, but it didn't.  Now it is time to celebrate the insanely incredible man he was and how blessed were we to be even a small part of his life!

Memorial services for Shane will be this coming Saturday, October 2nd at 2pm at Swan Falls Dam Park (20 miles south of Kuna, ID, https://maps.google.com/maps?saddr=&daddr=43.241465,-116.375583).

Attire: No stuffy suits! He hated them. Wear your best geek or patriotic tshirt or whatever you are comfortable in!

The short service will be followed by a processional of motorcycles, POW-MIA volunteers, Jeep club members, and the rest of his crew to our home in Kuna (1078 E Rutherglen St, Kuna). Please park along Stagecoach Rd near Sadie Creek Park or Luker Rd - see photo. Do not park in the neighborhood! There is a walking path from the park to our home.

From 3pm-8pm, at our home, there will be lots of food, a slide show of pictures of his life, music, and opportunities to share stories and memories, and so much more! He was such a huge influence in so many lives, we want to hear how he impacted you!!!

In the spirit of the notes I wrote to him daily...they started just in his lunch and took on a life of their own, we will have post it notes available so you can write your own message to him that will be placed with his ashes at the Veterans Cemetary.

Everyone is welcome...adults & kids alike. He loved kids and usually spent more time playing with them than hanging out with the grown ups.
