1/4-Met with my PCP Dr. Morrison. Time to put momma on some chill pills and time to start taking care of myself. 
——Also, follow up with Dr. Isreal from my surgery on the 4th. I hate these kinda visits!!! 
*****I got my letter***** they are sending to my insurance company now! 


1/3-Home sick today. Got that dang stomach bug:( I’m waiting for Dr. Albino to send/fax the letter to Anthem stating my medical care in TX is medically necessary. Arg. In the meantime, TX is supposedly reading my slides. I wish I knew what they were thinking. Those magically people hold the keys/knowledge to my future. 



1/2/2019 I was told MD Anderson would not request my slides from the local pathologist until 1/1 (1/2). I called TX to make sure my insurance was active and to have the slides requested. 
Learned: insurance not effective in TX
              They already have the slides

Anthem needs a referral from Dr that states this treatment is “medically necessary” before they will pre-Authorize. 
Dr Albino is not in the office again until tomorrow. 
In the meantime: I asked TX to go ahead and proceed with reading th slides. Once those are read AND insurance kicks in-then I will get the appointment date.
